Heated and winter-proof with good insulation made of certified Scandinavian woods, they offer cozy, cuddly comfort in all 4 seasons. Other things to note Interior amenities: Lotta is functionally and atmospherically homey. In addition to a cozy living-sleeping area (sofa bed 1.60 x 2.0 m), there is a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.0 m) and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. The windows are equipped with gauze, the patio door with an insect protection curtain. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, hot air fryer and the corresponding dishes and coffee machine. A smart TV and Wi-Fi complete the amenities. A gas heater provides a comfortable climate in the house on cool days, and in summer a tower fan with swivel function helps. Bed linen, hand and shower towels, as well as plenty of pillows and blankets for cozy lounging are provided. YOUR FURRY FRIENDS ARE ALSO WELCOME HERE! Dog for a one-time fee of €41.50! IMPORTANT NOTES: These are TINY HOUSES. The houses are NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE (steps, too little space and too narrow doors)! There is NO EQUIPMENT FOR TODDLERS, must be brought along if needed. In the bedroom there is no possibility to set up a baby bed! The parking space for your car is right by the house. UNFORTUNATELY, ELECTRIC VEHICLES CANNOT BE CHARGED HERE. Exterior furnishings: Right in front of your enchanting home Lotta, a spacious 14 m² sun terrace invites you to linger, with a table and 4 comfortable, adjustable chairs with seat cushions as well as (in summer) 2 sun loungers for relaxing and large adjustable parasols on the terrace and directly below. There is also an electric grill for the BBQ on the terrace as well as a clothes rack for the bathing suits and towels. Kayaks and SUPs are available in summer at the reception of the place for a fee.
