Plus, sleeper sofas in the lower level and loft ensure there is plenty of space for everyone to unwind and spend time together. Main Level Living Room: Relax on our comfy couch and stream your favorite shows or movies on the Roku smart HDTV. Kitchen: Cook a wonderful meal for the family with our fully-equipped kitchen, including a cookware set, dishware, spices, a Keurig Duo for drip coffee or K-cups, a four-slice toaster, blender, waffle iron, and more. Dining Room: Enjoy meals at the eight-seat dining table or kick back on the patio and grill some burgers and hot dogs on the propane gas grill. Laundry: A full-sized washer and dryer, with detergent pods provided, are available for your use. Billiards: Welcome to the Corner Pocket! Enjoy a few games of pool in the billiards room while streaming the game on the Roku smart HDTV. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, electric fireplace, and full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. Additional storage beneath the basement staircase contains extra pillows and a self-inflating air mattress. The driveway accommodates six vehicles. The house is five minutes from the waterpark and ten minutes from the ski area. There are two nearby golf courses and catch-and-release fishing at Painter Pond, just five minutes away. Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 20 minutes away, offering great shopping and restaurants. The Shenandoah Valley boasts famous caverns, wineries, and breweries. This residence is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort, but it is located in the Massanutten community, placing you minutes from skiing, ice skating, golf courses, an indoor/outdoor waterpark, swimming, mini golf, go-karts, zip-lining, tennis, fishing, and more. The community pool is available to Massanutten residents and our guests from Memorial Day to Labor Day for $6 per person per day, subject to availability by the Massanutten Property Owners Association. Most activities can be booked through Massanutten Resort's website for an additional fee. For security, there is a Ring video doorbell at the front door. There are no other cameras on the property.
