Experience a relaxing stay, surrounded by nature. The space Welcome to our village home in Velonades, Corfu! The house is small and cozy, designed to comfortably house two guests. The place is ideal for travellers that value being surrounded by nature and want to explore the North part of Corfu island. The house's interior area is about 40 square meters. There is one room that serves as kitchen and dining area - this is the first area you'll see as you enter the apartment. Next to it, you'll enter the living room and finally the bedroom. The living room is airconditioned and this AC also cools down the bedroom quite well. The kitchen is equipped with a ceiling-fan. There are mosquito nets in the windows as well as at the main entrance. Free parking area in front of our house. The house is quiet and private overall. It has own garden and patio area. It is hidden from view from the main village road and accessible through a small path (around 50m away from the street). The garden and patio include an outdoor dining table, an umbrella for shade and a couple of sun loungers. The area is generally quite cool during the summer, and you will enjoy the hill and forest views. Guest access You will have private, exclusive access to the entire apartment, patio and garden. Other things to note Greek Law (STR Article 111 of Law 4446/2016) requires us to ask guests to provide the following information after booking and before check-in: first & last name, address, passport number and ΑΦΜ (for greek guests only). A Climate Crisis Resilience fee of €2.00 per night (between November 1st and March 31st) or €8.00 per night (between April 1st and October 31st) applies to all bookings and is included in the price breakdown at checkout.
