This large home is located in Hanford (near Visalia, Fresno & 1+hrs hours from Sequoias and Kings Canyon National Park). This house has a 3 car driveway and 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. The spacious master bedroom/owner’s bedroom has a California King bed in addition to a futon. An ensuite master bathroom opens off of the master bedroom. Great to relax in style and comfort. The space The house offers a formal, open concept “living – dining room” area that is entirely separate from the family room and kitchen. Thus, creating 2 living spaces to sit back and relax. The dining area has large table and hutch. Great for large groups for entertaining and dining. This creates a sense of privacy. The kitchen with its breakfast nook, opens off of the family room. The breakfast nook table seats 6. The kitchen island has a bar with stools for additional eating space. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and appliances. Lots of cabinet and counter top space, making an extended stay a pleasure. The large, tree lined, fenced in backyard provides privacy and some shade. The patio has a grill and patio table with chairs. There is separate area with a fire pit for sitting and roasting marshmallows. Perfect for kicking back and relaxing after a hard day of work or fun. Pet Friendly. The space - Bedroom 1 - California King bed and futon. Sleeps 3 with ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2 - Queen bed. Sleeps 2. Bedroom 3 - 2 twin beds – Sleeps 2 Bedroom 4 – 1 twin bed, 1 full bed with a pull-out trundle – 3 bed, sleeps 4 The Guest Bathroom is conveniently located with a his and her sink. The shower and toilet “room” has its own door. Great for multiple people using the shower /toilet and sink at the same time. Large Laundry Room in Unit. Parking for 3 cars in driveway and 2 on street in front of house. Guest access Garage is available on request with prior approval and arrangement. Check in is after 6pm and Check out is before noon. If you wish for an earlier move in or a later move out time , there is a $30 per hour charge for scheduled early arrivals/departures. Please let us know your wishes immediately as the more notice we are given the more probable we can meet the request. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, due to my cleaning crews schedule we are not always able to accommodate requests. Due to the additional fees charged by my cleaning company, any unscheduled early arrivals or late departures will be charged $100 an hour. Please treat this home with respect, following all rules and leaving it as you found it. We are EXCITED to host you! Other things to note Per insurance requirements only registered guests are allowed on the premise for ANY reason. No one else is allowed in the home. Please make sure you correctly indicate the number of guests, including children, in the booking. Please also note due to neighborhood requirements, only 5 cars are allowed (3 in the driveway and 2 on the street in front of the house). No other cars are allowed on the street.
