It features 4 bedrooms, with an ensuite to the main, and built-in wardrobes in all rooms. Enjoy year-round comfort with ceiling fans in every bedroom and ducted air-conditioning throughout. The property sleeps 6 guests in bedrooms, with additional bedding available upon request. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire townhouse during their stay. Our townhouse is located in a secure complex with permanent residents, so we kindly ask all guests to be respectful and considerate during their stay. RUBBISH Please remove all rubbish to outside council bins provided when departing the property. CLEANING Please ensure the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived. Remove all rubbish and waste Clean and return all kitchenware to cupboards and drawers Clean the BBQ if it has been used PETS We’re happy to accommodate your pets! Please note that they must remain outdoors at all times. To keep the space enjoyable for everyone, kindly ensure any pet waste is cleaned up and disposed of from the courtyard and surrounding areas.
