House 6 beds + crib, near train to Rome and the sea

You will be in the center of a small town... a great starting point for visiting Rome by taking the train there, about 600 meters away (30 minutes to Rome) On nice days, you can reach the promenade towards Anzio and Nettuno (20 minutes by train or 15 minutes by car). Nearby (50 meters away) there are some shops, services and bars. Car parking is reserved but on the road, while for motorcycles and bicycles there is indoor parking. Large private veranda + BBQ. For children: crib + stroller + high chair The space The house consists of a large living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed + 1 single bed, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. NEW: 2 air conditioners installed in the rooms❄️🌬️ Outside there is a shared courtyard and a large private space on the veranda where you can relax outdoors and cook with the barbecue. The whole house is heated by radiators. The balcony behind the house and the veranda are for your exclusive use. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets and fly curtains. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire house, the courtyard in front of the house, the large veranda with the dining area and the balconies. It is not possible to access the basement floor.
