You will be in the center of a small town .. great starting point to visit Rome by taking the train there near 600 meters (30 minutes to Rome) If you want, you can get to the waterfront towards Anzio and Nettuno in 20 minutes by train or 15 minutes by car. Nearby (50 meters away) there are some shops, services and bars. Car parking is reserved but on the road, while for motorcycles and bikes there is internal parking. Large private veranda + BBQ. For children:crib +stroller+ high chair The space the house consists of a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed + 1 single, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. NEW: 2 air conditioners installed in the rooms🌬️❄️ Outside there is a shared courtyard and a large private veranda space where you can relax outdoors and cook with the barbecue. The entire house is heated by radiators. The balcony behind the house and the veranda are for your exclusive use. the windows are equipped with mosquito nets and antique curtains. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire house, the courtyard in front of the house, the large veranda with the dining area and the balconies. It is not possible to access the basement floor. Other things to note For children, there are toys and a scooter, as well as a high chair and a folding stroller.
