Just google your desired cuisine As you cross the threshold into the open family room area you will be greeted with a view of the outdoor living area and pool. The spacious chefs kitchen/dining is just to your right. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the main house. The ADU welcomes you to an additional bedroom, kitchen, bath and living room with a queen sofa bed. There’s a laundry room if you need and free parking (2 or maybe 3 smaller cars on the driveway and free street parking) The amazing backyard can be used as additional living space. We have an ample seating area with a fire pit, room for games and a new gas grill. As a reminder, unfortunately the pool can not be heated at this time. But the Hot Tub is! We invite you to make beautiful memories with your friends and loved ones. Make our home your home! 😊 Guest access To ensure your convenience and security, our home is equipped with a smart system and the front door is accessed by a code and smart lock for a keyless self check in. The code and all relevant details for your arrival will be provided through the booking platform the night before your arrival. We have 3 cameras outside only! They provide both you and I peace of mind. They only show the entrances of the house and the sidewalk by the gate. Other things to note We kindly ask you to remove your shoes upon entering the house. Aside from sanitary reasons, it’ll help preserve the wood floors and the white rugs. We do have a trash service but sometimes they forget or are away. If you’re here on a Thursday night and the trash has not been taken yet by 9pm, would you please bring the trash bins to the road, wheels to the curb. The recyclables also, if the neighbors have theirs out. Many thanks! We ask that you please keep the doors and windows closed while using the AC There will be a $100 surcharge if this happens. CA electricity is crazy high! Unfortunately the pool cannot be heated, but there is now a hot tub to enjoy year round. We do not charge to heat the hot tub. Just please make sure the lid remains ON at all times when not in use to keep it hot, clean and not heat the air. There will be a charge of $100/day if the lid remains off for extended periods of time. While my first priority is ensuring my valued guests enjoy their stay, I have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of my neighbors and community. Please read the following list of property rules prior to confirming your reservation. GUEST • For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face • You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property. • Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay • Many people ask for early/late check in/out. We will do our best to accommodate you when possible. There is a reasonable fee requested. • No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property without a refund , and may also result in law enforcement involvement. PETS • We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $150 fee per pet, per stay. • Unfortunately, we do NOT allow cats at the property. • No animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture. • If you leave the property, your pet either joins you or stays in their crate. • If there are any pet-related damages, you will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs. • Please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum. • Please do your best to clean up after your pet (hair, waste outside…) before check-out. • We recommend bringing their own bed and food/water bowls. DAMAGE • We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out. We keep some old towels under the kitchen sink in case of any accidents or spills. Please use these and not our white towels. SMOKING • Our home is 100% smoke free; however you may smoke legal products outside only. Please be sure not to smoke near open doors or windows so the smoke stays out of the house. Evidence of smoking inside will result in an additional fee of $400 Dispose of butts responsibly in the trash bins. EVENTS & GATHERINGS •Large loud parties are NOT allowed. Please let the host know if you’re planning a special occasion (or Bach weekend) ahead of time so we’re on the same page. Maximum #of guests is 14. We’ve hosted many Bach weekends with success due to transparency. Also, Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM. SECURITY • This property does implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. VISITORS • We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host. FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS • If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc. Pricing is different for photo shoots PLEASE NOTE • Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited. TRAVEL INSURANCE • We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip.
