Conveniently located and minutes away from restaurants, fast food, pharmacies, and grocery stores. It offers ample privacy and comfort, along with excellent amenities for long-term stays The space - Double Master Suites: The home features two master suites, perfect for families. The primary suite includes a jacuzzi bathtub, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day. - Resort-Style Backyard: The spacious backyard offers a private swimming pool, a thatched-roof gazebo, and a tik bar, creating a tranquil retreat for family gatherings or private relaxation. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including the pool, kitchen, and living room. Please respect the private areas marked as "off-limits," such as the supply room and garage. Free Wi-Fi is available for all guests, and the laundry room is also accessible for your convenience. There are two parking spaces available in the driveway. Additionally, you can park next to the RV door on the side of the house, but please avoid parking near the neighbor's property. The garage is used by the homeowner for storage and is not available for guests. The passages between the room and the garage, as well as from the garage to the room, are locked. The homeowner may occasionally need to access the garage but will not enter the room. While the rest of the house remains off-limits, the homeowner will always notify guests in advance if access to the garage is necessary. Other things to note - No Parties: No parties are allowed at any time, day or night. - Pet Policy: Pets are not accepted, except for cats. A $200 pet fee applies per pet, per booking. - Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is not heated and cannot be heated. Please do not tamper with the pool equipment. - No Smoking: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A $300 fine will apply if smoking is detected. - No Locals Allowed: Local residents are not permitted to stay at this property. If you are a local resident, please contact us in advance before booking to discuss potential accommodations. - Household Supplies for Long Stays: We provide a starter supply of standard household consumables, including (but not limited to) toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, coffee, and TV remote batteries. For stays of 31 days or more, once the initial supplies are depleted, guests will be responsible for purchasing additional items from local grocery stores. Guests are also expected to wash and reuse the provided towels and bed linens, which is standard practice in most long-term rentals.
