The closest beach is 3.5miles away and the local convenience store is 0.3 miles. We are dog friendly with an enclosed outdoor space, with seating and a barbecue. This is the ideal location from which to explore many beauty spots , beaches, family attractions or historical sites that the county has to offer. The space This 2 bedroom compact house is directly opposite the train station. It has parking along the road from the property, aswell as in the train station car park . The property has a private entrance that opens into a small porch that leads into a well equipped kitchen which has a full size oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, seperate freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen leads into a light and spacious dining area which has seating for six and a click clack sofa which converts into an extra sleeping space. The other end of this room is a comfortable lounge area which has 2 sofas and a smart TV. Up the stairs you will find bedroom number 1 which is compact but fits a comfy king size bed and storage for clothes. Bedroom number 2 has a single bed and clothes storage also. Just off the landing is a seperate bathroom with bath and overhead shower. It has an enclosed yard with outdoor seating, table and chairs and a barbecue. The door leading out into the yard has a dog flap which leads into the safe enclosed space for your fur babies. Other things to note There is a guest handbook in the kitchen, to help with your stay. showing how appliances work, suggestions of places of interest, and restaurant recommendations. There is a welcome basket also tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Towels for the kitchen and bathroom are provided and there is also washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing capsules. A travel cot, high chair, stair gate and nappy disposal unit are available upon request.
