Privileged location in the Santo Antônio neighborhood, 2 blocks from Avenida do Contorno and 1.2 km from Shopping Pátio Savassi (15-minute walk). Quiet neighborhood! Residential neighborhood and close to three schools. The region has local commerce (restaurants, bakery, greengrocer, supermarket...) and is 1 km from Praça da Savassi (13-minute walk), the heart of the neighborhood with all kinds of commerce, shops, bars and restaurants! It also has easy access to other areas of the city, either by public transportation or car. Ideal for people who are passing through BH for travel, study or work reasons. The room has 2 single beds, accommodating up to 2 people at a time. Space inside the closet available with hangers, and a side table between the beds. During the stay, a set of bed linen (sheet, pillowcase, pillow, and blanket) and a bath towel will be available - per guest. Personal hygiene items are not available. The reservation includes a simple breakfast: coffee, tea, cake, bread, cookies... according to availability. So you don't have to leave without eating anything :) * We do not meet dietary restrictions (products contain gluten, lactose, peanuts, etc.) Guest access The reservation includes the private room with 2 single beds, a bathroom outside the room for exclusive use. The guest can use the kitchen to prepare meals and the refrigerator for storage, as well as the dining room space (dining table) and living room (sofa). Food is not included in the reservation. You'll have a total of two tags, one for access to the external gate and one for access to the apartment door. Lost tags will incur an additional charge. Other things to note An access tag will be available for the building and apartment. Loss or damage to the tag will result in an extra fee. All tags must be returned at checkout.
