In winter, the ski resort is only a 10-minute drive away, and unlike other properties, we have a large parking area with daily snow removal by heavy machinery, ensuring a comfortable stay even on snowy days. We have renovated a traditional house and renewed it into a comfortable and modern room. The space Our accommodation is located in a building where the host resides on the first floor. However, guests have their own private entrance, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. The entire second floor is exclusively for guests, and there is a spacious parking area that can accommodate up to three vehicles. This warm and welcoming home is perfect for families and groups to share joyful moments together. In summer, enjoy the refreshing mountain air in a peaceful natural setting. There is also a barbecue area where you can relax and have fun with your friends and family. In winter, the kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy hot pot and other warm meals together. There are also many hot springs nearby where you can unwind after a day in the snow. The ski resorts are within a 10-minute drive, and our location is in one of the world’s top snow areas — Niseko. Unlike other accommodations, our property has a large parking space that is cleared daily by heavy snowplows, ensuring that even on snowy days, guests can use their cars comfortably and safely. The flat terrain also makes it easy to unload luggage and ski gear — a rare convenience in this area. Inside the house, heating, cooling, and water facilities (bathroom, toilet, and kitchen) are kept in excellent condition, making it cool in summer and warm in winter — perfect for the harsh Hokkaido climate. You can use the latest projector, smart speaker, and Fire TV Stick to enjoy videos on YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, your own videos, and even Play Station 4 on a large screen. You are free to use the 1st-floor bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and the second floor with kitchen, 4 rooms and one toilet. There is no place inside the house where you will cross paths or share with the host. (Excluding the 1st-floor owner's entrance and living space—off-limits.) No other guests besides the reservation holder will be accommodated. Other things to note 【Nearest Station】 Please note that a car is necessary for access and travel during your stay. The nearest bus stop from New Chitose Airport or Sapporo Station is 'Niseko Northern Resort Annupuri,' a 5-minute drive away. Alternatively, the nearest JR station is Kombu Station. --- 【Bath Towels】 Face towels are available, but please prepare your bath towels. If needed, we can lend them for 300 yen each. Please let us know in advance. --- 【Summer BBQ】 BBQ is available for use. Please contact us in advance for instructions and details about the facilities and rules. --- 【Time to ski area by car】 It takes about 7 minutes to Niseko Moiwa ski resort, about 8 minutes to Annupuri ski resort, about 15 minutes to Niseko Higashiyama ski resort, about 20 minutes to Niseko Hirafu ski resort, about 30 minutes to Niseko Hanazono ski resort, about 40 minutes to Rusutsu Resort, about 45 minutes to Iwanai Resort and about 1 hour to Kiroro Resort by car. --- 【Accommodation capacity】 The maximum number of guests is 9, but if you would like to stay with more space, the optimal number of guests is roughly 6-7. - There is one toilet, one bath, and one washbasin in the kitchen, so please check with us if you are in a large group. --- 【Bedding Sets】 Bedding is set up for the number of people reserved, so please use only one set per person. Additional charges may apply if more than the reserved number of bedding sets are used. --- 【No Smoking】 The indoors is strictly non-smoking. If any signs of smoking or the smell of tobacco are found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. There are no ashtrays provided due to the risk of fire when smoking. --- 【Shopping】 Both the Niseko and Rankoshi areas are about a 10-minute drive to convenience stores (Seven Eleven, Seicomart, Lawson) and about 15 minutes to supermarkets (A-coop, Satsudora, DCMnicot). Kutchan Town is about 30 minutes away, where there are large supermarkets (Maxvalu, Lucky, CO-OP) and many commercial facilities like Homac, offering a wide range of products. --- 【Lost and Found】 Items found during cleaning after checkout will be stored separately, but please note that the storage period is one week from the checkout date. A fee of 1100 yen per item will apply for mailing any lost items (cash on delivery). Please note that international shipping is separate, so feel free to inquire for details. --- 【Security】 Please lock the door every time you go out and return the key to the key box, shuffling the dial. Entry of anyone other than the reserved guests and room host affiliates is prohibited. An additional charge will be incurred for a spare key if lost. Please share the key box code among all guests during your stay and ensure windows are closed when no one is in the room. A safe is available for storing valuables; please set your own key number. --- 【Guidelines and Requests】 Due to the natural environment, insects might check in before you. Although cleaning staff always strive for cleanliness, please be aware. If the number of guests exceeds the reserved number without prior notice (even if the original reservation was for 5 or fewer), an additional fee will be charged for each extra person (7000 yen per person). This is a quiet area, so please be considerate of noise, especially at night (voices, music, TV, etc.). Do not litter or dispose of trash illegally in the neighborhood or around the facility. Please return any used amenities to their original place. Please be careful not to damage or soil the building and its contents. Compensation will be required for any damage or loss. An additional cleaning fee of 10,000 yen will be charged if the room is left in an excessively dirty or untidy state that hinders regular cleaning. The building is non-smoking. Please be cautious with fire sources, such as BBQs, to avoid serious compensation issues. Fires or campfires in the parking area, on the premises, or in the vicinity are strictly prohibited. Please do not enter the rooms with your outdoor shoes on. We are not responsible for any injuries or theft that occur during your stay. --- 【Winter Season (December to March) Guidelines and Requests】 During the winter season (December to March), you may be asked to move your car due to snow removal. Due to heavy snowfall, public road snow removal may not keep up on bad weather days. Please check the weather forecast and plan your trip accordingly. Snow removal tools are provided, so please help clear snow from the entrance and parking space. Do not leave windows open when not in the room, as it can lead to freezing of pipes and appliances, resulting in serious compensation issues. Do not place objects on or near heaters, as this can cause fires or injuries. Turn off all heaters and lights when going out. This helps with fire prevention, freezing prevention, and energy saving. Be careful around the eaves of the house, as roof snow may fall. We are not responsible for injuries caused by falling snow cornices or slips due to ice.
