A living room composed of a kitchenette with hob and fridge, complete cupboard, a dining area with large table and 4 chairs, a sitting area with sofa, TV cabinet and TV overlooking a balcony. The entrance hall overlooks the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Double glazing and underfloor heating enhance the comfort of this cozy little nest. The apartment is 30 m2, it can accommodate up to 4 people for a short stay thanks to its separate bedroom with a double bed and the double sofa bed in the living room. For a long stay, the apartment will be more comfortable for 2 people or 2 adults with a child. Guest access I will be available for the handover of the keys upon your arrival and will give you the procedure to follow for the departure. For very late arrivals, a key box is available.
