La Casita

La Casita is a small two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a third bed in an open space. Our home is cozy, in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a hot tub in the backyard, ready to sit back and enjoy. It is only 30 minutes from DIA and 25 minutes from Denver downtown. 10 minutes from Quincy Reservoir and close to Cherry Creek Reservoir, great trail, paddle-boarding, kayaking, jogging, fishing, lake sports, biking, and hiking. 60 to 1 hour 30 minutes from the Ski Resort and Hot Springs. The space Guests enter the home and are treated by a mud room seating area. Across the mud room, there is a reclining sofa. This home is a tri-level, with two bedrooms, each with a closet. There is an extra open space that we use as a kid's room with no closet and no door. There is a twin bed in this open space. Also, this open space has a desk to sit and work from if needed. There are 2 bathrooms in total and one towel warmer in the upstairs bathroom, which is perfect to wrap yourself in after your shower. A well-stocked kitchen and a gas grill ready to be used and enjoy a delicious recipe at a 5-seat dining table. Close to fun outdoor activities like paddle-boarding, kayaking, jogging, fishing, and trails for a nice walk in nature, perfect to end the night with a hot tub to relax and unwind.
