Kaarina is a modern 3-bedroom villa completed in late 2023, set along the coast with views across the sea. A large private terrace, spacious sauna, and 6-person jacuzzi create a relaxing setting in every season. Inside, you’ll find an open living area with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms with cotton linens. A SUP board, table tennis, fishing gear, and easy beach access make this a great place for families or friends to spend quality time together in comfort. The villa sits on a gently sloping plot overlooking the sea, with a wide terrace that’s ideal for outdoor dining or afternoons in the sun. Inside, the open living area includes high ceilings, large windows, and a wood-burning fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere year-round. A Smart TV, board games, and plenty of seating make it an inviting place to gather. The kitchen is fitted with everything needed for daily cooking, including an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The dining area seats six and opens to the terrace, where a gas BBQ is ready for use when the weather is good. Three bedrooms are simply and thoughtfully furnished, with premium bedding, blackout shades, and storage space. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there is an additional toilet for convenience. A spacious sauna and adjacent shower room provide a place to recharge after a swim or time on the water. The terrace is also equipped with a 6-person jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, and space to enjoy the peaceful setting. Guests have access to a SUP board, a rowing boat, fishing gear, and a table tennis setup, along with the beach just a short walk from the house.
