Other things to note House Rules • Well-behaved, house-trained pets welcome; pet fee is $125 plus $20 per pet per night plus applicable taxes, charged through Airbnb after booking • Guest limit of 10 standard and 16 maximum; extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy • No smoking inside; fee may apply • No parties or events • The mailbox is for the owner's use only; please arrange mail delivery elsewhere FAQs • The saltwater pool has a heat pump that targets a comfortable range around the low 80s, but it's weather-dependent. After a cold snap it can take 24 to 48 hours to warm back up, and in peak summer it won't pull the temperature below roughly 80 degrees, so it runs warm in the hottest months. Pool maintenance runs every Monday and Friday without prior notice. • The stacked stone fireplace in the main living area is decorative only and not functional. • This is a rural country setting, so you may occasionally see fire ants, scorpions, wasps, snakes, or pillbugs. The home is regularly pest-managed, but a few may still find their way in. • Propane is provided for the grill as a courtesy; refilling isn't the host's responsibility, but guests are welcome to exchange or refill the tank. • Trash and recycling: excess trash should be removed separately, and items placed in the wrong bin may incur a removal fee. • Not all staging items shown in the listing photos are included. • Professional cleaning between every stay.
