Villa Boscarello 17 is an impressive estate in southern Tuscany that can accommodate up to 17 adults and 2 children. It is ideal for larger groups or special occasions and is officially licensed for weddings. Set in a peaceful position on a hill, it offers sweeping views over the rolling countryside. One of its many highlights is the 20-metre swimming pool, surrounded by extensive and beautifully maintained gardens. The space The villa is perfectly situated between the Val d’Orcia and the Crete Senesi, two of Tuscany’s most picturesque regions. Just minutes away, the Pometti estate offers tastings of local wine and olive oil. The nearest village, Trequanda, has a selection of restaurants and bars, while the town of Asciano is about 20 minutes away by car and offers shops, supermarkets and a train station. Montalcino, famous for its Brunello wine, can be reached in around 30 minutes. Siena, Arezzo, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno are also ideal for day trips. The two-storey stone house is surrounded by spacious, well-tended gardens. Several covered terraces with dining tables and a furnished panoramic terrace on the first floor provide perfect outdoor living areas. Inside, the villa features classic Tuscan style with terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings and vaulted ceilings adorned with painted decorations. Soft wall colours and antique furnishings create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
