A private access to Hooper’s Bay Beach, where the famous turtles of Exuma are located. The villa is 5 minute walk (12 minutes if you’re tipsy) to Smitty’s Convenience Store & CNK liquor store. The Bay itself is known for its calm and shallow waters, which is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, boating, diving, fishing, etc. The Tipsea Turtle Villa is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the entire building. The first floor of the building is occupied. Hooper's Bay neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. Our residents are mainly families and furry friends. The neighborhood is private and rural, perfect for walking.
