This modern home boasts stunning panoramic views of West Bay and ample natural light with its plethora of windows. In between Suttons Bay and Traverse City, on M22, Bay Light is near the TART trails, beaches, boat launches, and wineries. This sits on just under an acre of complete sanctuary! It features a beautifully landscaped backyard, a large attached garage, and an asphalt pad for additional parking. Throughout the home also features some prints of our favorite movies! The space For the group with more than 6, each extra guest will be charged $25 per night. BEDS: In each of the three bedrooms is one queen-sized bed. The living room also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Sheets, pillows, and blankets will be provided in the closet between the living room and the front door. Note: We do not provide cribs on-site. Please bring your own as needed. LIVING SPACE: Seating for 6, your crew can crowd in the living room and enjoy a large TV screen. Prime Video and Netflix are subscribed for you to watch most TV channels and movies. You can also choose to log into your subscription to access all of your streaming services. BACKYARD: Enjoy your ZEN moment! Seating on the porch to enjoy Japanese gardening surroundings with a fish pond divided by a little arc bridge and the sound of the waterfall(seasonal). The number and variety of outdoor furniture allow your group to picnic anytime in the day and hang out for the rest of the night. * (The reason is mostly due to safety. there’s a pond on the back and any child needs supervision all time.) KITCHEN: How do you like your day started? We offer both grind & brew Cuisinart coffeemaker and K-cups Machine with fresh beans. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare your food with the local produce for the large group of people. There are enough "cupware" and utensils for wine/cheese tasting at home if you simply want to stay! LAUNDRY A dedicated space for the washer and the dryer with a door to minimize the noise. The Iron and the iron board can also be found in the closet.
