The space Hersonissos Beach Villa is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management". This exquisite three-storey haven is nestled in a truly remarkable waterfront setting, only a stone's throw away from the pristine sandy beach of Hersonissos. The 300 m2 property can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms and up to 11 if needed. Hersonissos Beach Villa is also close to restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, pharmacies and health centre, offering an excellent choice for families with children seeking a car-free holiday experience. Ground Floor As you step into the villa, a world of comfort and luxury unfolds before you. To the left, you'll discover a spacious living room adorned with plush, inviting sofas, a cozy fireplace, and a 42'' smart TV complete with a sound system, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation and entertainment. Adjacent to the living room, a stylish dining table for 6 awaits, providing an elegant space for indoor dining. Large doors open up to the pool terrace, seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing the flow of fresh air and natural light. To your right, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, offering modern appliances and direct access to the outdoor area. Additionally, a bedroom featuring a 1.60x2.00 bed, wardrobe, 24'' TV, and A/C is also located on the ground floor, offering direct access to the pool terrace. A well-appointed bathroom with a shower cabin completes the ground floor. First Floor The first floor of the villa showcases 3 elegant bedrooms and breathtaking views. - The first bedroom features two single beds measuring 0.80x2.00m, which can be conveniently joined together upon request. A 27’’ TV, A/C, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin are also available. - Another inviting bedroom awaits, featuring a 1.60X2.00 bed, accompanied by a 32'' Smart TV, A/C, wardrobe, seating area and en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin and hydromassage column. Step out onto the private balcony, equipped with a charming bamboo seating area, and revel in magnificent sea vistas while overlooking the pool area. - Ascend a few steps to reach the master bedroom of the villa, a true haven of elegance. Indulge in the comfort of a king-size bed measuring 1.80x2.00m, complemented by a seating area with a sofa, a wardrobe, TV and A/C. The room offers a delightful in-room bathtub for ultimate relaxation, and the en-suite bathroom features a shower cabin. Large windows offer captivating sea views, and the bedroom provides access to a private balcony adorned with a bamboo seating area, where you can soak in the stunning surroundings. Lower Floor An external staircase leading to the lower level, where guests can find an autonomous guest house with its own private entrance. The guest house presents a spacious bedroom, complete with a comfortable 1.60x2.00 bed, a lounge area with sofa bed (1.10 x 1.90) where the 11th guest can be accommodated, 32'' TV, wardrobe and A/C. A well-equipped kitchenette with wine cooler, also including a washing machine, allows for effortless self-sufficiency during your stay. To enhance convenience, an en-suite bathroom awaits, featuring a shower cabin. Outdoor area The exterior of Hersonissos Beach Villa spans a vast 1300 m2, boasting a stunning garden adorned with trees and flowers, as well as expansive lawn-covered areas. Additionally, from the pool terrace you have direct access to the sandy beach just a few steps away. Step outside and immerse yourself in a world of outdoor luxury with an array of exceptional facilities that include: - A private, 66 sq.m. ecological swimming pool, ranging in depth from 1.10 to 2.20 meters, featuring a built-in hydromassage for 4. The pool area is thoughtfully equipped with ten sun beds, accompanied by side tables and two umbrellas ensuring ample space for relaxation, as well as a poolside shower with hot water. The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. - A dedicated BBQ house, complete with an outdoor dining table, sink, charcoal grill, and wood-burning oven. Adjacent to it, an auxiliary room presents a kitchenette with a mini fridge, oven, fireplace, TV, A/C and WC. This space also offers a second dining area, providing a delightful setting for cooking and dining. - An additional dining table is available, accommodating up to 12 guests, creating the perfect ambiance for shared meals and gatherings. - Unwind in the inviting gazebo, boasting an outdoor seating area furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a round dining table for four. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
