In addition, the complex has a swimming pool, tennis court, and basketball court. You have to spend a few days with your family in this place and disconnect. The space This cozy Beach Villa is located in Campomar Beach Resort in the municipality of Arroyo, P.R. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Bedroom 1: has a queen bed with A/C Bedroom 2: with two bunk beds, each bunk bed has a full size and twin bed with A/C The villa is fully equipped. For the enjoyment of your family, the villa has a barbecue, access to the beach, swimming pool in the complex, and tennis and basketball courts. There is a parking lot available. Please note, that the villa does NOT have a washing machine, but the complex offers a communal laundry room. Please take in consideration that there is NO AC on the first level of the villa Guest access Enjoy seamless self-check-in! All detailed instructions, including helpful video guides for both check-in and your stay, will be sent to you before your arrival. Other things to note • NO PETS ALLOWED • There is no AC on the first level of the villa. Each bedroom has A/C. • The property does NOT have a washing machine. However, the complex has a communal laundry room that can fulfill this need. TM Rentals strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. TM Rentals also provides the amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include a soap dispenser with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
