Villa Mia Mondello is a beautiful recently renovated villa with a private parking space (access from via palinuro 1). The beach is 200 m away on foot, a short walk from the Palace Mondello hotel. Near the house are: electric car charging stations, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, and boat rentals. The space Villa Mia, is an independent villa, on two levels, with parking space inside the property. On the first floor there is a standard double bedroom with air conditioning and a room with three single beds (you can add a fourth folding bed) also with air conditioning. On the ground floor is the ANNEX, a double bedroom with a French bed (see photo bedroom 3) with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom (PLEASE NOTE: this room is provided in case of reservations for more than 5 guests, it is possible to have the exclusive use of the entire villa, in case of a number equal to or less than 5 guests paying an extra €50/day). The entire villa consists of 3 bathrooms with shower. Without the guest house there are 2 Rooms and two bathrooms. The entire villa will be available to all guests if it is taken for at least 6 people. In the case of a number equal to 5 guests or less, bedroom 3 on the ground floor (ANNEX) I will not be usable by the guests of the villa, but it could be used by other guests (who will not have access to the main villa or living area and kitchen, the only common access will be to enter and exit the external pedestrian gate, the terraces, kitchen and living area that will be for the exclusive use of the main villa). it is possible to have the entire villa at your disposal (INCLUDING ANNEX), paying an extra €50/day. The air conditioning is present both in the kitchen and in the Living area, where there is a sofa bed and TV. The house is equipped with everything you need to cook, including: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator. You can park a standard-sized car inside the Gate of the Villa (no Van). The washing machine available in the property can be used without any extra, iron available. IMPORTANT: it is not possible to wash the towels and sheets provided in the house, if they are washed a penalty of €50 per single set will be applied. Beach towels are not provided. The unit will be available for bookings of 7 or 8 people, and/or paying the extra otherwise it will not be available. The villa is located as the crow flies, 100 meters from the beach, 200 meters walk from the beach, where you can find both a free beach area and an area equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for a fee. Nearby are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, children's playground, electric car charging for a fee, car wash and ample parking. TAKE NOTE If you book for 2, you'll have one bedrooms with sheets, other rooms will be without sheets (same things for 3 or more guests, rooms available with sheets for guests booked, NOT ALL THE ROOMS WILL BE WITH SHEETS IF YOU DON'T REALLY NEED THEM). If you want to use other bedrooms (dependance and/or other bedroom), there is an extra for each extra room of 50€/day (for sheets, A/c use, etc) Guest access I personally or someone I trust will welcome you for check-in, please let us know in advance what time you will arrive and let us know in advance if you are late compared to the time already agreed. For late check-out after 10:00 a.m., an extra fee of €50 is required (if available) For each extra room not required for the number of guests booked, a supplement of €50/day is required (for every 2 guests, a double bedroom with linen will be prepared, or alternatively a room with two single beds with sheets).
