In each bedroom is double bed, place dedicated to work, smart TV and wardrobe for your belongs. At the living is a sofa bed with large sleeping area (double bed size). We tried our best to set our accommodation and let you ' be our guest and make yourself at home'. In the living space and all bedrooms except the attic room you can enjoy smart TV with Netflix. Kitchen is fully equipped with essential items. In the kitchen you will also find iron and ironing board placed behind the fridge. Highchair and travel cot available on request. In each wardrobe you will find radiator drying rack for your convenience, however Castel Loundrette is only 0.5 miles away 11 min on walk, 3 min by car, £1 per 11 minutes of drying. Our Cosy Lodge is based in great location of Burton Road. Walking distance to Bialgate - historical hart of Lincoln. 20 min walk by characteristic Bailgate Streets or 5 min by car to Lincoln Cathedral and Castle. On the way to Cathedral Quarter you can visit Museum of Lincolnshire Life or stop for lunch or coffee in one of many great restaurants around. Our accommodations is 0.7 miles away from Bishop Grosseteste University ( 15 min by walk, 3 min by car) and 1.2 miles from University of Lincoln ( 30 min by walk, 5 min by car. Also it's only 8 min driving to Lincoln County Hospital and 5 min to Lincoln Hospital. 8 min drive ( 30 min walk) to town, bus and train station. Great access to get in or out off Lincoln without traffic A46 ( 5 min) . It's 2 min walk to Shell station 24h where you can find most necessary things or Coop 7 min away. Guest access For our guests disposal is entire house and little garden.
