The building has an open pool, 24-hour concierge services and maid service 5 days a week. The space The apartment has 1 master bedroom with an extra king size bed (2x2) brand new mattress, air conditioning in the room and an en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with 2 single beds. One of the beds has a sailor's bed that can be a third bed, but the mattress is thinner. Two full bathrooms, both with shower, one of which is larger and is located in the en-suite room. It has an excellent living room, fully equipped, with a leather armchair, 50" TV, A/C and dining table. The living room has 2 terraces, one in front with an outdoor armchair and an excellent space for the afternoon, and a rear terrace with a 2 dining table ideal for lunch and breakfast. On the back terrace there is a barbecue that works with the draft with an extractor that must be turned on, it is recommended to cook with charcoal exclusively. The kitchen is complete and fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine). In turn, it has an excellent pass-through that integrates with the dining room. The apartment is equipped for 5 people. The building has the necessary services to spend time in a great way, 24-hour doorman service, garage, open pool and maid service almost daily.
