Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat in the heart of Midlothian, VA! This home away from home is ideal for families or groups of professions and offers ample space along with modern amenities for a comfortable stay with-in close proximity to local attractions, dining, and shopping. The space As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere making you feel right at home. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There's also an eating bar, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat or placing serving dishes for a large meal. We also provide a starter supply of coffee, tea and some other essentials. Many items we keep stocked include pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, wine glasses and drinking glasses. We also offer cups, utensils and plates for kids! DINING: Dine at the dining table in our open layout or dine out on the private back deck table or screened porch. ENSUITES: We have 2 full baths & 1 half bath. The two full baths can be found upstairs: -The primary bedroom boasts a large ensuite with a vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combo. -The upstairs guest bath is shared by the guest rooms and offers a vanity, toilet and shower. -The half-bath can be found downstairs off the utility room. Enjoy the use of the complimentary starter shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap as well as wash cloths, towels and hair dryers. BEDROOMS: 4 total bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom can be found upstairs and offers a King Size pillow top mattress, large closet, smart tv, blackout curtains, ceiling fan and large ensuite with vanity, and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 - Upstairs Guest: This guest bedroom is located upstairs at the end of the hallway and offers a queen size hybrid mattress, standard closet, blackout curtains and ceiling fan. This bedroom has access to the guest ensuite equipped with vanity, toilet and shower and is located off the upstairs hallway. Bedroom 3 - Upstairs Guest: This guest bedroom is also located upstairs and offers a twin over full Size bunkbed. The bottom bunk offers a full size hybrid mattress and upper bunk consists of a twin mattress. In this room you will also find a dresser, closet, and blackout curtains. This bedroom also has access to the guest ensuite equipped with a vanity, toilet shower located off the upstairs hallway. Bedroom 4 - Downstairs Guest : This guest bedroom is located off the downstairs entertainment area and a queen size hybrid mattress, standard closet, and blackout curtains. This bedroom has access to the upstairs guest ensuite equipped with vanity, toilet and shower located off the upstairs hallway. Bed 5: Lower-Level Entertainment Area Pull Out Couch. This pull-out provides a queen size mattress. ENTERTAINMENT: Main Level Living Room: In the main level living room, you will find a 55" 4k Smart TVs with access to log in to any app of your choice using your personal account info. There is also a large sectional sofa with ample seating. Lower-Level Entertainment Room: In the lower-level entertainment room, you will find a 50" 4k Smart TVs with access to log in to any app of your choice using your personal account info. There is also a pull-out couch, corner bar top seating as well as comfortable floor chairs for the kids. This room also boasts the following: • 10-in-1 multigame table with pool, ping pong, hocky, foosball, backgammon and more • 220-in-1 Atari game controller • 600-in-1 Mini Original Nintendo with two controllers. • Board games and puzzles LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer are provided for use as well as 3 pods and dryer sheets to help you get started. GUEST ACCESS: You’ll have access to the entire home (with the exception of the property management closet and shed), large private backyard, and parking! Please make yourself at home! Easy self-check-in via a smart lock. PARKING: Large off-street gravel driveway should be able to accommodate ~4 vehicles. SUPPLIES: We do offer starters for the following items: 3 trash bags, starter set of: coffee/tea, shampoo, soap, TP, and cleaning supplies. Please know that once the starters have been used, you will be responsible for supplying any additional items you need. *** This house is set up for a maximum of 11 people. No parties or events allowed at the property. Quiet hours from 9:00pm to 9:00am.
