There is always something new to do on Jetty Road Brighton, but of course its just as fun to sit and take in the atmosphere watching the world go by from the balcony, relaxing on the beach or taking a dip. The space Your own private sanctuary awaits you amidst the buzz of the Jetty Rd boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Snuggle up on the couch for some TV and relaxation, have a deep sleep in the master bedroom, taking advantage of the sound and light block out blind, take a few steps to enjoy the beach, a gourmet meal or an award winning Kitchener Bun from the Brighton Bakery… you guessed it, just across the road! Location, Location, Location!!!! The two story townhouse is modern and fresh. The interior has just been completely renovated and decorated. Its clean, modern and bright. You will enjoy two queen bedrooms with robes, one with a balcony taking in the street views. There is a full bathroom and toilet upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs with toilet and basin. The kitchen has full ammenities attached to an open plan dining and living area. There is a generous entertaining area outside perfect for enjoying the sea breeze while enjoying some of the eating options Jetty Rd has to offer. Guest access You will have full access to the house, the generous private courtyard and all its amenities, however please note that there is no access to the garage. There is parking available for one vehicle outside the garage in the drive-way and ample on street parking for any subsequent vehicles just out your front door. Other things to note Please note, there is no garage access. Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway, any additional vehicles can be parked within meters of the villa with ample on street parking in the area. Please do not lock the front gate using the chain during the day, as we need to have access to the yard for meter readers during business hours. Feel free to lock the gate during the evening or night for your own piece of mind. Please be aware there are 3 motion sensor activated security cameras on the property, covering the external entrances and yard. These cameras are only monitored for security purposes when the villa is not being used and for the arrival of guests. *Stuff we wish we didn't have to say: Any unauthorised guests, parties or breaking of house rules & Airbnb rules will be reported to Airbnb and may result in immediate cancellation and removal from the premises. Unauthorised early check-in or late checkout will be charged @ $50 per hour. Extra cleaning required due to smoking or pets or other reasons will be charged at a rate of $90 per hour and replacements or repairs for damages will be claimed from the guest. Loss of door key will incur a $150 fee.
