Very nice comfortable quiet room in a beautiful peaceful home.You will also have access to the Kitchen upon request, if you so desire... Well behaved pets allowed . There is a $15 fee per Night for each pet. I will collect the pet fee through Air Bnb after the trip is finished. Very comfortable Queen size bed. The bed is a very comfortable queen-size. You will have private access to a living room with a TV and fireplace and mini refrigerator with A small bar and a sink. Comfortable leather recliners and a leather loveseat. There is also a microwave. All located in the lower part of the house, With a private entrance. Very private. You can see from the pictures there's a beautiful view from the living room. Mini refrigerator. Plus a larger refrigerator upstairs if needed Only when my guest would like to have me interact with them. I try to keep a low profile. The space downstairs is very private. We have the most beautiful Wooded landscape and area..very safe and quiet..pet friendly, if well behaved. The neighborhood is very rural and peaceful The house is very comfortable and beautiful in 10 acres of forest. very private very quiet.3 miles from the 65 freeway. 12 minutes to downtown Franklin. 30 minutes to Nashville. 35 minutes to the airport.We have a Tito’s Mexican restaurant, Umi Japanese restaurant, and soul shine pizza, 3 miles from our house. Turn right out of our driveway over the freeway and the restaurants and Publix are there.:) You will need a car. We are 3 miles from the I 65 and 2 1/2 miles from the interstate 840. Conveniently close to Publix super market 3 1/2 miles down the road also four quite nice restaurants in the same area called, berry farms. Downtown Franklin is about 9 miles away. Downtown Nashville is about 25 miles.
