This is a light, open and relaxing place for 6-8 people. Seamless indoor/outdoor living with a north-facing large balcony connected to the kitchen/living area - the perfect hangout spot at anytime of day. A soaring 5m cathedral ceiling in the living space and cool cross sea breezes abound in this stylish, coastal beach house retreat. Being so close to all the bars, restaurants and sports action in Manly, and being able to escape to this peaceful haven in an easy 10 minute walk, is perfect! The space This is a light, bright house in a quiet spot in Manly. The design is made for indoor/outdoor living. With the large covered north facing balcony off the kitchen/living area, it is the perfect spot to unwind at any time of day. The space has a relaxed beach feel throughout decorated with a mix of antique treasures. It is designed to have cross breezes so if the front and back doors are open the house remains comfy even on hot days. The 3 double bedrooms are in one half of the house with a hallway door to section off the front from the back of the house. The “back” half has the kitchen/living with a baby grand piano and stairs up to a large (10m long) loft that has dedicated work desks (2), skylights (2) and can be used as a 4th bedroom as there is double bed available there. The main balcony is off this living/kitchen space and has steps down to the backyard. From the kitchen there is a spiral staircase down to your very own small bar, wine cellar, dining room. Secret and fabulous this is an amazing space for a special dinner. - 3 double bedrooms, 2 with ensuites and private courtyards - 4th double available in airconditioned loft area above living space - Baby grand piano, guitar - 5 seperate chillout spaces: LR with gas fireplace and TV, reading couch in loft, Balcony, private downstairs dining room, North and south garden areas - Breville expresso machine - surfboards available on request - private outdoor shower - fully fenced with security code entry to property - area parking permit available upon request Guest access Guests will have access to the full house and garden but not to the separate studio above the garage.
