Beautiful bedroom located in the Aldea Tulum development, 7 km - 11 min from downtown Tulum (by car). The place is surrounded by cenotes, lagoons, jungle and 15 min from Tulum beach. We are 30 minutes from the new Tulum airport and a 5-minute walk from the Zamna Festival. The environment is safe and ideal for couples, families, female travelers, and digital nomads. The apartment has a private bathroom, equipped kitchen, 155 Mbps Internet, A/C, hot water and parking. The space Our home is furnished with recycled wood from the region, which was treated to resist the humidity of the jungle. We are in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by cenotes, so it is common to see insects, birds, and some mammals in the area. I invite you not to approach and just admire nature and its gifts. The entire apartment has mosquito nets and we clean to prevent unexpected insect visits. The room has cotton sheets, comfortable mattresses, air conditioning and open closets. Avoid leaving clothes in bags, the humidity of the environment causes the fungi to spread quickly. We have a view of the garden and a door to a back park with children's games, The living-dining room is spacious, has a ceiling fan, a comfortable sofa, a television screen, the fiber optic internet modem and the dining room. The bathroom does not have hot water. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. It has a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave oven, oil, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. The bathroom has ventilation to the laundry area. There is a small laundry area, where you can hang your wet clothes. The washing machine has an additional cost of $400 pesos. You can request its use when you check in. The drainage is bio-ecological, please do not throw food in the sink or paper in the toilet. You can go for a run on the jogging tracks and make use of the courts. Guest access The apartment will be shared with other guests, the room is private with a lock. You can use the running track, courts, palapas, playground, outdoor gym, and parking lot. We have free parking, there are no assigned places so I recommend parking in front of the house. The subdivision has a public transportation route that travels from downtown Tulum to the subdivision and costs $20 pesos Directions: If you come by car to get to Frida, take Tulum Avenue, go 7 km from the municipal presidency, towards Bacalar. You'll arrive at Aldea Tulum in about 10 minutes. If you come by public transport, outside the ADO bus station, you can board a van with the sign that says Aldea Tulum. The route has transportation from 6:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. every 15 minutes. We'll share the exact address when you book. We are 30 minutes away from the new Tulum airport. Access to the space will be provided by Alejandro, who lives in the upstairs apartment. During your stay Access will be provided by Dul, who lives in one of the bedrooms of the apartment, and we will keep in touch via the platform's messaging. Other things to note For security, there is a security camera at the apartment entrance and another in the backyard, which will be on 24 hours a day, recording people entering and leaving the apartment. Please do not use the kitchen table or dining room to cut food. There are wooden boards for that purpose. The subdivision is a residential area and parties are not allowed. We ask for your valuable support in not disposing of toilet paper in the drain, as the system does not allow the paper to biodegrade. Electricity, internet, and water services are always paid for, so any outages are the sole responsibility of the utility companies, and we cannot be responsible for the time it takes to restore them. We seek to encourage recycling, garbage should be separated into organic and inorganic. Reservations longer than one week include weekly cleaning service at a cost of $30. The electricity allocated per day will be 10 KW, which is sufficient for daily power. Additional consumption will be charged according to the rate indicated by the company that supplies the service.
