It's a modern two bedroom/two FULL bath condo that can fit up to 6 guests, including a living room with a 65" 4K TV, free wifi, and a sofa bed, one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a 43" 4K TV, and one bedroom with two twin-sized beds - there's really nothing that can compare to our home in terms of comfort, price, and location! Oh, did I mention there's paid parking available for rent in our garage? Looking to stay in? You'll also have access to complimentary coffee for the Seattle cup of joe! Here for work? Our round table is a perfect work desk and can fit up to 4 people for the ultimate work-at-home experience. If you have an urgent need to print or ship anything, there's a FedEx inside the Convention Center a few blocks away. Secured with a front-desk concierge and an on-site building manager, we ensure a safe living environment. Our cleaners exceed CDC regulations in terms of keeping an antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal space for our guests. We stand by our word when we say we have everything you need for a relaxing, refreshing stay. The apartment is equipped with clean towels, sheets, bed/bath linens, and washer/dryer unit to keep you clean and fresh. Paid street parking is available, though it can be limited depending on the time of day. Additionally, there are parking garages in the area that can accommodate larger vehicles. I recommend checking out the Seattle Convention Center parking garage or other public garages close by for more spacious options. Other things to note NO smoking is allowed within the property. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (6 guests).
