It’s completely newly renovated and equipped with everything you need to make your extended stay very comfortable. Includes parking on premises, high speed internet, designated work space, and much more! The space This is a studio apartment equipped to sleep one person comfortably long term and 2 people for shorter term. There is a new, comfortable full size bed, desk and chair, small refrigerator, fully stocked kitchen to cook delicious meals using a one burner induction stove and can provide a second burner if needed. There is a microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, french press, electrical kettle, cooking pots, pans, and baking utensils. The laundry room is equipped with a drying rack, an iron and ironing board. We also provide clean linens and towels. Guest access The unit is accessed from the outside through main front gates that are opened through keypad. Once inside the main property compound, the unit is accessed through a keypad. Other things to note Please be aware that our family lives in the main house on the premises. We're very low key and don't make much noise. Please no loud noise or laundry usage past 9:00 PM. We have a small sweet dog that sometimes hangs out in the yard. She is super friendly and loves people. We also offer cleaning services for a very reasonable price.
