Meals come easy around the six seat dining table, whether you’re catching up over takeout or gathering for something homemade. Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully styled with comfort in mind. The primary bedroom features a queen bed wrapped in fresh linens, a ceiling fan, a large smart TV, and nightstands with built-in USB and Type C charging. Room darkening shades make it easy to sleep in or wind down early. The attached bath offers a quiet place to refresh, with a walk-in shower, soft towels, and a clean, simple vanity. Down the hall, the second and third bedrooms each hold queen beds with full-length mirrors, smart TVs, ceiling fans, closets, and those same charming bedside lamps with universal charging ports. Both rooms also have room darkening shades, perfect for guests who appreciate a good rest and a slow morning. Whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or simply want to spread out, there’s space for everyone to rest and recharge. The second full bathroom is shared between the guest rooms and includes a walk-in shower with a built-in seat, a bright framed mirror, and all the little extras like shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and soft bath mats. A full laundry room inside the home makes extended stays easier, with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies, and storage tucked out of the way so you can keep everything neat. Out back you’ll find a fully fenced yard where your dog can stretch their legs while you settle into the porch swing and let the day slow down. There is a table with 6 chairs for hanging out or dining, as well! Guest access You’ll have private access to your rental, and the fenced in yard during your stay. Other things to note NEED MORE SPACE? - Two additional rentals are located nearby. One of them is right next door! Reach out if you’d like to book two or even all three properties together for a group stay. The additional homes can sleep up to 10 more guests. PARKING - You may park in front or at the back of the house. If you park in the back, please park on the right side (when headed behind the house). You cannot park on the gravel driveway between the two homes, as that is a shared driveway! MINI-SPLITS - Mini-Split Remote + Checkout Guide Each bedroom and the living room has its own mini-split unit for personalized heating and cooling. They're easy to use once you know a few key tips: Basic Operation ON/OFF – Powers the unit on or off MODE – Cycles between settings: – ❄️ Snowflake = Cool – ☀️ Sun = Heat – 🔁 FAN = Auto heat/cool – Adjusts fan speed Up/Down Arrows – Adjust the temperature TURBO – Speeds up cooling or heating LIGHT (this shows the temperature numbers on the unit ), if it's to much at light and bothers you just hit the LIGHT button and it'll turn off. ⚠️ All units must be set to the same mode To work properly, all four units must be set to the same setting (Cool or Heat Only). For example, if the living room is set to Cool, the bedrooms must also be on Cool. If one is set differently, the system may stop working.
