It is remotely located about 45 km from Stockholm. On sunny days you can get comfortable in our large 4000 qm2 garden or the big terrace - you will find your favourite spot! On colder days our spacious living room with fireplace, TV, tree view and a ceiling height of 6 meters offers room for everyone. The space 155 sqm main house with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, wifi (fiber), TV, radiators, a fireplace & AC in the living room. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2x double beds & 2x single beds. Additionally, the couch in the living room can be extended for sleeping of 2 more people. There is one bigger bathroom and one smaller bathroom, both equipped with toilet, bathtub & shower head. One office room is available for remote work if necessary. The huge terrace, which can be accessed from the living room gives great opportunities for BBQ parties or cozy evenings watching the stars in the pitch black night sky. In the spacious garden you will find several options to sit down & relax - garden benches & hammocks are waiting for you! The house is located on a small hill and the property consists of different levels of elevation. On the top of the property, close to the forest and where the sun reaches the longest, you will find a peaceful place to sit and watch the sunset. Neighborhood description The house is directly connected to a forest on one side of the property. The house itself is located on a small hill. This elevation allows a great view over our own trees and the beautiful sunsets. The property is next to a small country road with very less traffic. The nature surrounding offers plenty of options for shorter and longer walks or biking tours. In biking distance (around 5 km) you will also find a lake which is perfect for a swim, kayaking or stand up paddling. Other things to note Our place is only 25 mins away by car from Stockholm Arlanda Airport! PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BE STAYING IN ANOTHER BUILDING ON THE PROPERTY - But there is distance to the main house, which will give you as much privacy as you wish.
