The spacious dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two Japanese-style rooms and one Western-style room can accommodate up to 10 people. There is a facility with the same layout next door, which can accommodate up to 20 people if booked together. Other things to note 【Important】Please be quiet at night and early in the morning. If we receive a notice by our neighbours due to excessive noise or bad manners, we will charge 30,000 yen. Please understand that you may be asked to leave the room immediately. ■ Check-in Any time after 15:00 ■ Check-out Until 10:00 ■ Late Charges In case of unauthorized late check-out, a fee of 2,750 yen (tax not included) per 15 minutes will be charged. ■ Luggage storage before and after your stay Not available ■ Parking There is a free parking space for 2 cars in front of the apartment. ■ Cleaning There is no cleaning service during your stay. If you would like to change your linens or towels during your stay, please use the washing machine. ■ Smoking area Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside and around the building. If you wish to smoke, please use the ashtray located next to the entrance door. If traces of cigarettes in the room have been found after you leave, you will be charged an additional 50,000 yen. ■ BBQ The BBQ on the wood deck is free of use, however please mind your volume when outside as this is a residential area. ■ No drinking water available Since the tap water at this facility is not suitable for drinking, we provide 2L bottles of water as a complimentary service. (The tap water is safe to use for taking a shower, washing the dishes etc.) ■ Prohibited items ・No shoes are allowed inside the building, except for the entrance ・Noise (especially during the night and early morning) is prohibited (33,000 yen fine) ・Smoking inside the building, including electronic cigarettes (33,000 yen fine) ・Smoking or littering cigarette butts in yards, parking lots, etc., other than the ashtray installed on the premises (33,000 yen fine) ・Illegal dumping of garbage in the neighborhood (33,000 yen fine) ・Exceeding the number of guests without permission (20,000 yen per extra person) ・Barbecuing inside the building (33,000 yen fine) ・Please refrain from bringing or using fire pits or charcoal grills, as they may burn the floor. ・Defacing, damaging, or taking away facility equipment (billing for expenses incurred in purchasing replacement items, etc.) *If any of the above acts are observed, an additional fee will be charged. ■ Submission of guest information All guests are required to submit the following information. ・Name, address, occupation, nationality ・Passport image *Please cooperate with us in order to comply with the laws related to accommodation. *Please submit the following information for all guests to comply with laws related to accommodation. *Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation. *We will not provide, sell, or share your personal information with any third party. In the unlikely event that we receive a request from the police or other legal authorities, we will submit the information to them only if we are legally obligated to do so. ■ Others ・We do not provide pajamas, so please bring your own. ・Security cameras are installed at the entrance to the building, on the deck, and around the perimeter of the building to ensure the safety of our guests. ・Pets are not allowed on the premises. ・Guests under high school age are not allowed to stay without an adolescent. ■ About the environment Our facility is located in the Hakone area, which is rich in nature. Therefore, insects (ants, mantis, centipedes, etc.), spiders, and wild animals (wild boars, civets, monkeys, snakes, geckos, etc.) inhabit the area around the facility regardless of the season. If you see a wild animal, please refrain from approaching it or yelling as this may provoke the animal to attack. Although we carefully check the rooms at the time of each cleaning and take regular measures to eliminate and prevent insects, unfortunately we are unable to completely prevent insect infestation. We hope you will understand that this is only possible in a location with abundant greenery. If you are not comfortable with insects, we recommend that you refrain from using the facility.
