Spacious 3 Bed 1 Bath Apartment Near Downtown

This is a three bedroom unit. It's a big place with plenty of space for 6 guests. There is, however, only one bath. The unit is private and is a front corner unit in an 8-unit building. The courtyard is unkept, but we do mow weeds. The space The apartment is large for a three bedroom in this area with a very large front/living room. Please be mindful of the fact that there is only one bathroom. Guest access This unit is private for a single group. The only common spaces in/near the building are the laundry room (it belongs to someone else, but our guests are allowed to use it) and courtyard/trash area. Other things to note Trash must be bagged and tied when placed in outside receptacles. Please respect this, as wind can blow cans open and then trash is everywhere.
