There is a 20 minute walk that takes you to the village of Broughton. It has a great pub, The Greyhound and a well stocked village shop and coffee/ tea area with seating. The space The barn is easily accessible with an ample parking area right up to the front door. As you enter the barn off the hallway, there is a small bathroom, a large bedroom, with twin beds that can join to make a large king size bed if preferred. The bedroom has an en-suite wet room. There is a large sitting room come open plan fully equipped kitchen. The sitting room has a double sofa bed and sliding doors onto a terrace area with your garden area in a larger communal garden. There is a conservatory which is used as a dining area with a door which leads across a a shingled area past open barn, with a table tennis table onto a private area of garden with garden seating and bbq. This area has a scenic view of the farm & Broughton Down. The garden leads onto a footpath across the farm, to the village, which has a pub serving meals & a well stocked community shop with tea room. (Approximately 20 minutes walk) Guest access Wheelchair users Littleloo is also wheelchair friendly. You can park your car right near the front door. There is a paved area with a paved ramp to the front door. There is a wide front door and wide internal doors. The wet room is also designed for wheelchairs Other things to note Littleloo has eight efficient radiators , including the conservatory. The instant heating brings a instant warmth as you enter & stay throughout the winter months.
