The studio is located on the ground floor of a villa in the countryside, in a very quiet and green environment, 5 minutes from Bourgoin Jallieu and its train station. 5 min walk to Césarges Castle. Guests will benefit from an outdoor private parking space inside the property. Possibility to recharge electric vehicles via the 7KW terminal (€20/charge – notify the owners to reserve its use) The space The studio is located in the basement with private direct access to a bathroom and adjoining toilet. Consists of a main bed, sofa (convertible), Scandinavian coffee table, dresser, 80 cm TV, kettle and Senseo coffee maker. RJ45 internet access and Wi-Fi. Guest access You will also have access to the laundry room which has a stove (electric oven, gas hob), sink, cooking utensils, washing machine and dryer. During your stay I'll be available as much as possible throughout your stay by phone or through Airbnb messaging if I'm not present at the property. Other things to note Coffee and/or tea are available for breakfast. For reservations with a baby, a baby bed is available. We provide linens and towels. (50 x 100 cm - one per person) In fine weather, we provide our petanque court as well as our 11 m long heated swimming pool.
