Azure Lane Retreat - cozy, quiet, and peaceful

This is a cozy clean 720 square foot retreat with one bedroom surrounded by beautiful trees. It is a peaceful and quiet spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Meticulously cleaned before you arrive. This is a duplex but thoroughly soundproofed between units. Penny, your co-host , lives on premises so is available if required. The space The place is one side of a duplex located at the end of a cul-de-sac.Privacy is insured by soundproofing between units. This is a mother/son venture and Penny is on site living in other unit, but you are guaranteed privacy and she is there for you if needed. Access for physically impaired would be a 2 inch height from ground onto porch and a 7 in height at front door. The bathroom is not wheelchair accessible. The space is accessed from ground level at the bottom of an inclined driveway. Guest access Access to the right side of the duplex, deck, and backyard. Other things to note You will be in a wooded area that you can explore but be aware of wildlife. Also we are beginning a re-wilding of the property this year to encourage birds, butterflies , bees, and wildlife… I, Penny, have ceased mowing and planted clover and wildflower seeds… please excuse the “scruffiness” while our project takes root over the next year… thank you! Unit contains original art from local artists so if you like a piece I can give you info on the artist… also contains multiple photographs by Reagan Rust, Shannon’s wife…. Hope you enjoy the space!
