Perfectly situated in the heart of Isla Verde Beach, you can enjoy direct beach access from the apartment or take a refreshing swim in the pool only available to guests of the complex. Our property is situated within walking distance to everything. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. This unit is located on the 6th floor in Ocean Tower Condominium just in front of a pharmacy/ mini market. The space The main living room faces the north, where the ocean view and breeze will relax you while you lounge, watch tv on the two comfy armchairs. The apartment has 446 sqf. approx. dimension. Has a 60" smart tv equipped to enjoy movies and tv shows free WIFI included. KITCHEN: The clean functional small kitchen is fully equipped with electric top stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer, glasses, wine glasses, plates, dining utensils, bottle opener and wine opener. ACCOMODATIONS: Your room is equipped with a queen size bed for 2 guests, nightstands, closet with cloth hangers, iron and ironing board. Private bathroom with a shower. CONDO ACCESS: The building offers 24-hour security and a lobby area make the building very private and safe. DISINFECTION STANDARDS: -We proud ourselves in our standards of cleanliness for your safety. -We take your health seriously and are happy to welcome you to this beautiful property. AMENITIES: Our property is outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our property includes 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited and include soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. Please review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. For your convenience the pharmacy Caridad is just in front and open 24/7. NOTE: Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. We will have as much or as little interaction. You will receive a message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own.
