The Annexe

The annexe is in a super village location in walking distance of shops and pubs. We are near to Warwick and Stratford upon Avon and Leamington Spa . An hour from London on the train and 35 minutes from Birmingham. We are also 5 miles from JLR at Gaydon and Aston Martin and regularly host people working there. Happy to answer any questions you may have. The space The annex has a separate front door but is connected to the main house. There is a double room and a second bedroom that can either have the beds made up as twin beds or a king-sized bed to suit your group. There are two comfortable armchairs in the living room as well as a dining table with 2 chairs, additional chairs are available. There is also terrace overlooking the garden with a table and chairs. It has a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower Adjacent to the main house, you can park 2 or more cars right outside the door. The property has recently been completely redecorated and the beds are all new. Guest access You will have access to the entire place and can park right outside the front door on the drive. Other things to note We’re very happy for well behaved dogs to visit. Babies and children are welcome and we can provide a high chair if requested in advance. Our property is NON SMOKING. We’re happy for guests to smoke outside the front of the property with the front door shut. All cigarette ends must be put in the black bin. The bin for recycling has a blue lid and the food waste goes in its bag in the green caddy next to the green bins We had a gap letting the annex as we had a relative living there for a couple of years but it is now all freshly done up
