Convenient location for guests attending weddings at Villiers Barn The space Coastal Gem is a 3 bedroom house with two bathrooms and a downstairs WC. The modern open plan kitchen-diner leads on to the private garden with hot tub, BBQ area and plenty of outdoor dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, double oven and large fridge freezer to allow you to self cater for the family or simply grab the plates and enjoy some award-winning fish and chips from the local take-away. The Quartz worktops and large island make for a stylish, sociable space. The property is tastefully furnished throughout to give a feel of luxury for your well earned break. The lounge has a large smart TV with comfortable seating and plenty of space to relax after a tiring day at the beach! The master bedroom has a King size bed and a Smart TV. The second bedroom offers a double bed with ensuite shower room and the third bedroom is a twin room with smart TV. All Beds have hotel quality mattresses and bedding to ensure a comfortable nights sleep. Guest access Full exclusive use of the property, enclosed garden and hot tub. Other things to note This property can be booked alongside its sister property, Little Gem, which is a 1 bedroom property with its own hot tub - perfect if the grandparents fancy a break away with the extended family but want a touch of separation. We do not allow stag or hen parties. No parties can be held at the property. The property has close neighbours so we ask for music not to be played in the garden.
