The main level features a handy mudroom to keep organized, Queen bedroom and bath with shower, laundry room, modern kitchen with eat in expansive granite island and brass fixtures, long dining table with views and a gas fireplace in the living room. Kitchen features new filtered water fridge, 6 burner stove, quiet dishwasher, pantry to keep organized. Picture windows and glass sliders open to the large deck. The main level living & dining room offer mesmerizing views of the lake, islands and distant mountains. BBQ and enjoy leisurely meals or lounge and soak up the sun on the deck. Second level find a landing area, 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths including one King primary suite with airy private double vanity + custom tile & brass shower. Second lakefront King bedroom has a large walk-in closet. Both lakefront bedrooms have vaulted ceilings. The street side bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed, as well as a separate twin bed. The fourth bedroom on this level is complete with a Queen bed. Ground level has game & TV areas, full wet bar with wine fridge, bathroom with shower and inviting outdoor covered and screened-in patio with great lake views. Each room has it's own state of the art efficient heating and cooling for maximum comfort any time of year. All windows have screens to enjoy the lake breezes. All bedrooms also come with blackout blinds. Bring your own boat or rent one near by. The dock accommodates up to an 18' boat where you can drop off and pick up guests. Boat storage will be done at the mooring. There's even an EV charger for you to use for your electric vehicle. Hannaford grocery & Walmart just 15 minutes down the road and has everything you will need including beer & wine. Windham also has a movie theater, mini golf, go carts, Snow Tubing and pretty much anything else you could want. Plus cute Maine shops like Mexicali Blues, artisans and antique shops are all nearby. Naples just 10 minutes in other direction has several lakefront restaurants to choose from, as well as options for renting boats & jet skis. Charming Kindred Farms Market & Bakery right in Casco offers coffee, breakfast sandwiches, Whoopie Pies, pastries, lunch, teas, wine, craft beers to go and a selection of packaged foods. Guest access Guests have complete access to the home & property with the exception of the owners closet in the basement. Other things to note Mowing and lawn care can occur any day of the week during your stay. We cannot commit to any day in particular due to weather and holidays.
