Nestled in the village of Brongest in the Ceredigion countryside, perfectly set for all day sun, porthfach is a real gem. Feel relaxed as soon as you enter the light filled old post office, fully renovated with open plan lounge with dinning area and wood burning stove, separate bedroom, fully furnished kitchen, power shower and separate loo. There is access to your own private garden from the lounge which is fully fenced for dog safety your own private parking to the side of the cottage. The space Porthfach is a beautiful barn that has been renovated to suit modern day living. Full kitchen with oven with hob, microwave and fridge freezer. open plan lounge with wood burning stove with access to a large patio garden. light filled and sunny or cosy and romantic, you will just feel relaxed the moment you arrive. Guest access Porthfach has a lovely large sunny patio, with bbq and seating area, all totally fenced for dog safety. With views over the trees and valley beyond. Other things to note There is NO PHONE SIGNAL in Brongest, this is common in rural wales, we have good Internet and you can inable WiFi calling on your mobile phones, if for any reason you have issues, we are just next door or a short drive up the hill and you would have a phone signal. Brongest is a beautiful traditional village of 40 ish houses, therefore quiet and peaceful but no village amenities. The nearest town is Newcastle Emlyn less than a ten minute drive away. Emlyn has shops, pubs, takeaways and a large co op. We take a maximum of two dogs,( please let us know if you are bringing dogs) please use the blankets provided on the furniture. we politely request no dogs on the bed. we would ask you to not leave dogs unattended at the property. There is a private garden for them to enjoy. we keep chickens and ducks (in our garden) so bare in mind if your doggy is not use to them.
