Relax in a cozy and comfortable room that feels like home away from home. The space We provide you with hotel quality beddings for a very comfortable stay. The room also has silent split type A/Cs and remote. It also has smart TV with Cignal HD and free Netflix access for your enjoyment. There is free wifi and access details is in the printed house rules by the work table. The bathroom comes with water heater and bidet for your convenience. There is complimentary soap, toothpaste and shampoo, but please only use what you need. Iron and ironing board available upon request.. Hot and cold water dispenser is available in the 2nd F living room area. The common kitchen at the ground floor has a refrigerator, stove for cooking, condiments, rice cooker, microwave, oven toaster and coffee maker. Complimentary coffee available but only please use what you need. Pots and pans are in the lower left cabinet labeled. Please wash any kitchen utensils you use and clean as you go. There is CCTV coverage for all common areas for your safety and security. Please stay within the 2nd amd 3rd F premises only. Guest access Your room will be in the 2nd F, the door straight across the hallway. The 2nd F living room is a common area. The hot/cold water dispenser is also there. The kitchen is in the 1st F and is also a common area for other guest. Feel free to use the ameneties but please clean as you go. During your stay I am fairly responsive thru airbnb messaging but for anything urgent you can reach me thru my mobile number.
