Just a 15-minute walk from Areia Preta, Castanheiras and Virtudes beaches, and 1 km from the center, you will be close to everything. Highlights: Bedroom: comfortable double bed. When you arrive, you must [have previously agreed on the check-in time] and ring the bell or call. On the ground floor is the dog space and laundry area of ​​the house, on the 1st floor is the house where I live with my family. We are 3 women+5 cats and 2 dogs. Everyone was very docile, happy and friendly. On the 3rd floor is the loft to be rented. The location is safe, we have 3 gates to the final access to the rented property, residential location. The neighborhood has facilities such as: parking, car wash, gym, bakery, supermarket and waterfront, all very close by and easy to walk to. The closest beach is Areia Preta, a 15-minute walk away, and all the other beaches in the center can also be accessed on foot or by Uber, 5 minutes away. Other things to note -If you don't like animals, you are NOT welcome. We value our harmony and well-being. -For people who enjoy resting and strolling. -We don't have a garage, but there is free, secure street parking in front of the property, we have many neighbors who don't have a garage or have more than one vehicle and leave it on the street or you can rent a parking lot, there are options nearby. -We don't have a kitchen in the loft, but we can store some groceries, water, drinks in our refrigerator for you. -We do not accept parties, visits only from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Sleeping is not allowed, otherwise there will be a fine. -In the house there are cleaning materials, if you need them, such as: broom, floor cloth, disinfectant, liquid alcohol. The house is cleaned before your arrival and after your check-out.
