OUR HEATED POOL IS OPEN UNTIL OCTOBER 31! Welcome to The Maren Bleu New 14' x 30' pool & sauna are open for all to enjoy! Prepare to experience a plethora of space for entertainment & activities in the sprawling & sun-drenched yard on the Southern Side of Walla Walla Wine Country. You’ll arrive to a manicured yard, brand new swimming pool & sauna. Enter on the main level to the bright, spacious living room that is the hub of the home. The space The Maren Bleu gives groups plenty of room to gather, spread out, and enjoy Walla Walla at their own pace. Inside, multiple living spaces create room for everyone to settle in comfortably. The bright, exceptionally well-equipped kitchen is made for mornings over espresso and evenings around the table, with a Miele espresso maker, commercial ice machine, wine refrigerator, generous prep space, and everything you need for meals at home. Four bedrooms are spread across the home, including a spacious primary with an en-suite bathroom and private deck overlooking the backyard. A second living area downstairs provides another comfortable place to relax. Outside, the acre setting is one of the highlights of the property. Enjoy sunny afternoons by the heated seasonal pool, time in the sauna, dinner outdoors, or an evening around the fire pit. A BBQ, comfortable seating, and expansive lawn give everyone plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. EV charging, high-speed internet, and easy access to Walla Walla’s Southside wineries round out a home designed for more than simply having somewhere to sleep between tastings. Guest access Guests have private access to the home and property, including the heated seasonal swimming pool, sauna, expansive backyard, outdoor seating and dining areas, BBQ, fire pit, two-car garage, and EV charging. Other things to note Heated Seasonal Pool: The heated outdoor pool is open annually from April 1 through November 1. Pet Friendly: Up to two dogs are welcome.
