A quick walk to the 7 train and available street parking, this room offers all of your transportation needs along with a home away from home. Nearby grocery stores and plenty of restaurants, you can dine in or out. This space offers you the comfort of a quiet residential neighborhood while only being a quick five stops from Manhattan. Also make sure to find time to enjoy an evening on the backyard patio. All the amenities you need to quickly fall in love with this space ! NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE. Other things to note This is a friendly reminder if you're a first-time Airbnb User *** 1. This is not a hotel. We are sharing our place, a decent room with a good price for travelers. Please respect our property and other guests. (Try not to make too much noise between 11 pm. – 7 am. Please keep the shared bathroom clean.) 2. We clean the room before check-in and after check-out. We do not go into your room to clean during your stay. 3. No doorman, no luggage carrying service. 5. Please use your hairdryer in your room so other guests can use the bathroom without waiting. (Each room has a mirror) 6. Please clean your hair from the drain after showering. 7. We provided ONE towel per guest. 8. Please let us know if you bring anybody into our house to sleep that is NOT in your reservation, we will need to charge you an additional $25 per person per night. Thank you so much for your cooperation. • Check-in time is 3 pm. But you may drop your luggage earlier and leave your luggage for several hours after check-out in our hallway. I don't provide detergent and softener for washing machines. $2 for the washing machine and $2 for the dryer.
