Our place is situated in a quiet & peaceful semi-rural area, but also a convenient location easy access to meet all your daily needs. Walking distance to Renner Golf Park. Within a few minutes’ drive to Greerton Village/ Tauranga Crossing Shopping Centre/ Tauranga Grace Hospital/ Oropi Hot Pool/ Somerfield Berry fruit Farm / Supermarkets and more. The space This house features 4 bedrooms in total - 1* en-suite room with private bathroom & a walk-in wardrobe. 3* standard bedrooms. Each furnished with a queen bed. Guest access Please note - Outdoor space will be shared with hosts & other guests. Please see photo for detailed overview. Hosts and other guests lives in the adjoining Granny flat & Tiny house which has their own private entrance. Pool availability: Please ask in advance. Other things to note Self Check-in : Instructions will be sent to you on your check in day before 12pm. (Check in time is after 3pm) Please note : No party is allowed in the house. Security camera on site (Outdoor Area only). Quiet time is Before 7am & After 10pm. No Pet allowed
