This room has its own entrance from outside, similar to a motel. The home offers a shared kitchen, dining area, parking, and more. The home caretakers are a retired couple who are super friendly. They speak Spanish and English and know the area very well! The space This house is a motel style house with a common area and private rooms. the rooms have their own private entrance and be locked at any time. The home caretakers live on the premises. You might see them on the premises cooking a meal or carrying out other duties. They are an extremely friendly couple who speak both English and Spanish. They do love to travel a lot, so you might not always see them. There is parking within the perimeter wall around the lot to keep your belongings and your vehicle safe. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen in the common area. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, a stove, and a fridge. The home caretakers may be on site to help you with anything you need. Your room and bathroom will feel very private, and you will be able to lock your door whenever you would like.
