Please be mindful of noise levels and treat our home as you would your own. ❤ Allergy-Free Zone: In our efforts to maintain an allergy-free environment, we regretfully cannot accommodate pets. We appreciate your understanding in helping us provide a comfortable stay for all guests. ❤ Pool and Hot Tub Heating: For those seeking an extra touch of luxury with a heated pool and hot tub, we offer the option to warm up your aquatic retreat for an additional fee. Heating Costs: Pool + Hot Tub: $80 per day Hot Tub (Only): $30 per day Pool Heating Information: Default Setting: Pool heating is not activated by default upon your arrival. Guest Activation: If you wish to use the heated pool, kindly inform us ahead of your arrival by sending a message with your request and specifying your estimated time of arrival (ETA). ETA Requirements: To ensure the pool is ready for your enjoyment upon arrival, please provide an accurate ETA and plan to arrive within 2 hours of the specified time. If your travel plans change, and you arrive later than expected, the heat timer may be reset, and the pool/heating may not be immediately available. 🗑 Trash Bins: Trash bins are conveniently located next to the house, on the garage side. Please use these bins for your waste disposal. Trash pickup is scheduled every Tuesday. We deeply value your comfort and strive to enhance your stay. Pest Control: Our unit benefits from regular pest control services to ensure a comfortable stay. However, occasional sightings of local insects may occur due to our desert surroundings. Turnover Checklist: We use an extensive 75+ step checklist to make sure everything is perfect for your arrival. Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level.
