Dear friends and guests of our house, we warmly welcome you to our new apartment. In the idyllic Meßkirch between the Alps and Lake Constance, we appreciate the tranquility as well as a wonderful backdrop for living and relaxing. Our area offers countless opportunities for everyone to spend their free time or vacation actively and in a variety of ways. Attractions: - Meßkirch Castle - Classic Car Museum Meßkirch - Hohenzollern Castle Sigmaringen - Überlingen - Konstanz - and much more The space The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house. The living space is 45 square meters. In our modern, lovingly and comfortably furnished rooms you can spend wonderful and relaxing days. In the dining/living area there is a modern dining table in white with 2 white chairs and a comfortable and modern sofa with sleeping function and pillows. In the bedroom there is a double bed (the bed linen is at your disposal free of charge) with a bedside table, a clothes rack and a wardrobe with hangers. We also provide a baby travel bed on request. The bathroom has a window and a walk-in shower as well as a mirror cabinet. Guest access You have a separate entrance to the apartment. You also have your own terrace (50 m²) and access to a garden shed for various storage options such as bicycles, strollers and the like.
